Sephora

A prestige omni-retailer with a mission to change the way the world sees beauty, Sephora is a powerful global presence with over 2,700 global and a world class e-commerce site. We began working with Sephora’s U.S. business development team in 2019, helping to shape their differentiators and message their innovative brand launches. Over time, our work with them transitioned into close partnerships with the employee engagement team. In 2022, we interviewed stakeholders across U.S. corporate teams, distribution centers, and stores to understand employee perceptions of rewards and benefits. Collaborating with internal and external creative teams, we rolled out a refresh of internal benefits communications. In 2023, we started a long-term project to help Sephora plan into awards & recognition platforms for U.S. employees with the goal of creating more inclusive, equitable access to programs.
