Pottery Barn
Since 2017, we’ve worked with Pottery Barn, beginning with a rebranding project that helped to define their core values of Inspiration, Quality, Sustainability and Service. In addition to creating and contributing to brand books and style guides, we worked with them on their sustainability campaign, connecting customers to the direct impact made when they purchase responsibly made, third-party certified products. Since we launched the campaign, Pottery Barn has become a leader in sustainability, setting a goal to plant 3 million trees in 3 years. We’ve continued to work with them on annual refreshes of both internal and external sustainability messaging, as well as catalog copywriting.
